Established as per UGC guidelines, the Equal Opportunity Cell champions an inclusive campus where opportunity is not conditioned by caste, creed, gender, ability or economic circumstance. It anchors the Institute's aspiration to be a community of genuine equity and access.
Objective
- To uphold the principle of non-discrimination across all spheres of institutional life.
- To extend targeted support to SC/ST, OBC, minority, differently-abled and disadvantaged members.
- To create awareness of entitlements, scholarships and welfare provisions.
- To monitor and continually enhance the inclusiveness of the campus environment.
