Admission & Registration
Fill the Online Admission Form
Learner can fill the Online Admission Form for the July & January Session at Online.jvbi.ac.in along with a coloured photograph, signature, mark-sheets, certificates, ID proof (Aadhaar Card), DEB ID, ABC ID and fee ÔÇö all through the online JVBI portal.
Application Scrutiny
Online application forms received after the due date or found incomplete are liable to be rejected, and no correspondence in this regard shall be made by the Institute. An email will be sent by the Institute after confirmation of admission.
Enrolment & Identity Card
After the scrutiny of the online admission forms, the candidates will be enrolled by the Institute. The Identity Card will be issued online on the JVBI Portal. After enrolment, an email will be sent by the Institute.
Renewal (if absent in examination)
If a candidate remains absent in the annual examination, he/she may be allowed to continue his/her studies in the same class in the very next subsequent year only, with the latest syllabus prescribed. For this, he/she will have to pay Rs. 2500/- for renewal.
Study Material and Sessional Work
After enrolment, the study materials will be dispatched to the students by post, or they can also collect them from JVBI, Ladnun. Study materials are uploaded on our website (www.jvbi.ac.in/dde) as well.
A set of Assignment questions for each subject/paper is available on the Institute website (www.jvbi.ac.in/dde), from which the students of UG and PG can select any three questions of each subject/paper. Marks obtained in these Sessional Works (Assignment Work) will be added to the marks obtained in the concerned subject/paper in the annual examination.
Last date of submitting Assignments: 30 April for the July Session and 31 October for the January Session.
